Congratulations to the artists – Alphonso Acosta, Linda Garcia, Rima Muna, Devin Oatway, and Nash Rightmer; and to the curator, Erik ReeL, a vision well executed!
Those who take the risk to express the depth of their soul and being in abstract painting know no boundaries. They give us the gift in viewing their work with such profound delight that we beg for more. As a co-sponsor of this 2 day exhibition, I spent time and conversation with these 5 artists to learn more of who they are, understand about the road they have traveled, and see how life challenges may have inspired their expression of their work.
I reflect on feeling energized, optimistic, and proud of being a part of this event. Thank you to Alphonso, Linda, Rima, Devin, Nash, and Erik.
